Why Corned Beef?
It’s the food I use to gauge the quality of the restaurant. A bad or canned corned beef hash I find is usually a good indicator of how the rest of the restaurants food is prepared. That’s not to say a restaurant with canned corned beef is bad, just that they likely put more energy into other aspects of their restaurant. This is why you won’t find any star ratings or thumbs up/down and I will never tell you not to go somewhere. I want you to decide whether or not a restaurant is worth your time and money, I just want to set your expectations and give you an idea of what the eatery is like.
