The Yellow Church Cafe

Corned Beef Hash:  Very good, large chunks Wagu beef, potatoes, tomatoes, Bell peppers and onions with some cheddar.
Rest of the food:  Very good, cookies are excellent
Coffee:  Good
Location:  Residential neighborhood in Ellensburg.
Service:  Friendly
Corned beef Price: $12.00
Coffee Price: $3.00
Other notables: As the name suggests, it’s an old yellow church made into a quaint restaurant. I forgot it was mothers day and they almost didn’t let me in as I did not have any reservations. I’m glad they did since I drove over 2 hours from Seattle just to try this place and it was well worth the beautiful drive. If you’re passing through on I90, I would highly recommend stopping by.

A dinner I’ve passed while traveling north on I5 for years finally stopped by during a business trip. All locals, waitress knows everyone’s name. Very much an old greasy spoon dinner. With so many locals in here, I was a little to self-conscience to take a picture of the food but it was the same as all the other canned hash, see Sara’s Coffee Shop
